Am I crazy...

to want these vintage shoes from sunshinecitylassie? They're even my size, an 8.

I know I'm not crazy to want these great black and white vintage coasters.

But the shoes are less than the coasters.....

Ah ha! So I'm not the only one. :)

Plum suede? Sounds like a perfect coordinating color for the mustard gold ones above. :)

The consensus is growing.

Show me what you would wear them with, and I may come over to the dark side. ;)

It may be difficult to show you. I'll see if I can find something online, but they're definitely an October/November shoe, to be worn with pants only. :)

Want to know what I wore my plum gems with 20+ years ago? (And hence why I can't get over those shoes?) A plum jersey baby doll dress and black nylons. In blazing hot early September the first week of school my sophomore year in high school. I looked like Violet Beauregarde from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory after she eats the three course dinner chewing gum and blows up into a giant blueberry. Not pretty.

I had a similar experience with Jelly Shoes so I can empathize. :)

They are, aren't they, gigegy? I just have to overcome my fear of wearing used shoes. It all stems from bowling. ;)
